The 2008 National Theatre Conference
meetings will be held in New York City on October 24-26. The
NTC Board of Trustees meeting will be on October 23.
NTC welcomed three new members at the 2007
annual meeting:
Greg Leaming,
associate director of the Asolo Repertory Theatre and director
of FSU/Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training;
Calvin MacLean,
department head at the University of Tennessee and artistic
director of the Clarence Brown Theatre Company; and
Michael S. Tick,
chair of LSU Department of Theatre and artistic director of
Swine Palace.
The National Theatre Conference presented
the following awards at its annual awards luncheon held at The
Players on 27 October 2007:
